Gradutating from Istanbul University in Business Administration in 1997, Ramazan Serkan Özcan started work as the Tax Auditor at İhtisas Certified Councillorship company. He also worked as the Internal Auditor in companies like Demirören Group and Mazars Denge to conduct tax inspections and operational audit activities. He also served as the Senior Auditor at Legal Denetim and Ülker.  He also fulfilled tasks as the Finance and Accounting Manager at Marsan Gıda between the years of 2010 and 2012 as well as the Deputy Secretary General at Bezmialem Vakıf University for 7 years. He began to work at Kızılay Investment and has been positioned as the General Manager to Kızılay Care.

Hakan Ertürk graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Economics in 2000, and successfully completed the MBA (Finance) program at University of Illinois in USA between the years of 2006 and 2008.  He completed his doctoral dissertation on venture fund in Business Administration at Ankara University, Insitute of Social Sciences in 2018. He started to work in CBRT in September 2000 and served as the Treasury Controller between the years 2000 – 2006. He then became the Internal Auditor between the years 2009 – 2011, and fulfilled tasks as the Head of Department of Financial Instruments and Market Development within the Undersecretariat of Treasury from 2011 to 2016. Also, he served as the General Manager of Financial Markets and Foreign Exchange from 2016 – 2019 and took up a position as the Head of Central Finance and Contract Unit between the years of 2019 and 2021. In 2021, he left Ministry of Treasury and Finance where he worked as the General Manager of Financial Markets and Foreing Exchange. He has began to work as the General Manager in June, 2022 at Kızılay Investment Corp. to carry out activities in the field of impact investment within the body of Kızılay Impact Inc.

Following his undergraduate studies from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Department of Public Finance and from İstanbul University Department of Sociology, Fevzi Öztürk completed his master’s degree at Istanbul Ticaret University with thesis on International Banking and Finance. He then had responsibilities as the Manager in the markets department at Istanbul Settlement and Custody Bank Inc. – Takasbank like performing market operation, legislative arrangements, market development designs and operations from 2018 to 2021. He was appointed as the General Manager and became the Member of the Board of Kızılay Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management in 2021.

Uğur Yılmaz graduated from Marmara University's Department of Business Administration and began his career at Yıldız Holding. Over nearly 27 years of senior-level experience, he has developed extensive expertise in consumer insights, planning, supply chain management, and commercial marketing.

Leading purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, budget management, and profitability-focused commercial strategies at Ülker, Yıldız Holding, Ülker Eksper, g2mEksper, and Bizim Toptan, Yılmaz has managed end-to-end supply chain processes for multi-category portfolios and spearheaded major operational transformation projects.

Uğur Yılmaz served as Business Development Director at Kızılay Logistics during the 2024–2025 period and continues in his role as General Manager of Kızılay Beverages as of 2025.

Born in 1969 in İzmir, Şevki Uyar graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences at İstanbul University in 1991 and completed his master's degree at the same university in the field of Public Administration.

His career journey started in 1993 in the public sector and he served as the Deputy General Manager of İhlas Holding Kargo between 1997 and 2003. Uyar served as a Member of the Executive Board at Aras Kargo in 2003. Between 2003 and 2018, he held various senior management positions at Yıldız Holding, such as regional manager, general manager, member of executive board and the board of directors in the fields of supply chain and logistics. He has been acting as the Chairman of BİZLOG Lojsitik A.Ş. since 2018. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Kızılay Logistics.

During his 24-year experience as a senior manager in the supply chain and logistics industry, Şevki Uyar led extensive projects on the creation of logistics operation and supply chain processes, restructuring, operating, and managing units and companies and he also contributed to the development of numerous logistics managers. Şevki Uyar has a ÜDY-3 (Senior Management) License from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

Born in 1970 in Kars, he graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1992. He has two master's degrees, namely Biomedical Engineering at İstanbul University in 2002, and Healthcare Management and Hospital Management at Beykent University in 2008. He is currently working towards his doctorate in Healthcare Management from İstanbul University, Institute of Medical Sciences.

Having served at the Ministry of Health for 8 years as a physician, 6 years as a deputy chief physician, and 8 years as the Deputy Director of Health of İstanbul, Tunç has carried out the re-planning, conceptualizing, and building works for public healthcare premises; project works for reducing the seismic risk of healthcare structures, technical examination and approval processes for the private healthcare institutions in İstanbul, studies for simulation centers and medical devices, and biomedical studies.  

He served as the Coordinator for Operational Investments and the Coordinator for Diagnosis and Treatment between 2016 and 2019, and he has been acting as the General Manager of Kızılay Health since 2019.

Dursun was born in Zile in 1970 and completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown. Then, he enrolled in Kabataş High School in İstanbul. In 1990, he graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. After his tenure in the Ministry of Finance between 1993 and 2000, he transitioned to the private sector. He served as an auditor for 3 years at the Auditing Group of Yıldız Holding. He was in charge of financial affairs at Natura Gıda, which is also a Yıldız Holding company, for 17 years. Erdal Dursun joined Kızılay Investment as the CFO in February 2019.

Pınar Karim graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Istanbul University with a degree in Public Administration in 1998. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her master’s degree in Business Administration. Between 1999 and 2006, she started working at İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Industry and Trade Inc.) in the Audit Committee, Procurement, and Quality Departments assuming the Internal Auditor and Specialist roles. She also served as the Quality and Statistics Chief, Human Resources Manager, and Deputy General Manager of Finance and Administration from 2006 to 2020 at Metro İstanbul responsible for the design, operation and maintenance of urban rail systems (including metro, light metro, tramway, cable car). In 2020 she started working at Kızılay Investment as the Group Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, and currently she has been keeping her role as CHRO.

He graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Bilkent University in 1998. Immediately after graduation, he began working as a manager at the Real Hypermarket Bilkent Store, which operates under Metro Holding, and served as Store Manager for approximately four years until the end of 2001.
Leaving Real Hypermarket at the end of 2001, he joined Tansaş Mağazacılık A.Ş. as Sales Director on March 18, 2002. He played an active role in Tansaş’s restructuring process following the 2001 economic crisis, during which the company faced significant losses. Following Tansaş’s acquisition by Migros in 2005, he continued in the same role under the Migros umbrella for another year.
On July 17, 2006, he transferred to Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları, a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding, as Deputy General Manager in Charge of Sales and Operations / COO. In this role, he was responsible for marketing, growth, investments, and technical procurement processes.
In 2006, Bizim Toptan had 59 stores and a revenue of 500 million TL; during his tenure, 25 of those 59 stores were relocated to more profitable locations. By the end of 2016, the company’s number of stores had reached 160, its total revenue had reached 2.85 billion TL, and its EBITDA had reached 56 million TL. During this period, Bizim Toptan ranked as Turkey’s 56th largest company on the Capital 500 list.
In 2011, he played an active role in the company’s initial public offering (IPO) process and participated in company presentations during roadshow meetings held in London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York, and Boston. On February 10, 2011, Bizim Toptan went public at a valuation of 17 times its EBITDA.
In 2013, he completed the General Management Program, an executive education program at Harvard Business School in the United States.
From January 1, 2014, to January 31, 2017, he served as General Manager/CEO at Bizim Toptan Retail Stores.
On June 8, 2020, by appointment of the President of Turkey, he assumed the position of General Manager at Birlik A.Ş., a subsidiary of the Turkish Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, and subsequently at Kooperatif Market A.Ş. When he took office, Market A.Ş. had 100 stores; in just under two years, the company expanded nationwide, reaching 1,280 stores across 81 provinces, 14 logistics centers, and a logistics area capacity of 150,000 m².

Hüseyin Ali Kabataş graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in English Economics and has extensive experience in sales, commercial marketing, and operations management in the FMCG and logistics sectors. He led sales development, commercial marketing, budget management, international sales, and production-logistics planning processes at Ülker and DyDo Drinco Turkey; he managed overseas sales operations conducted in more than 15 countries.

As a Member of the Executive Board at Sertrans Logistics, Kabataş coordinated sales, operations, and fleet management. Since 2022, he has served as Director of Blood Logistics and International Operations at Kızılay Logistics, providing strategic leadership for critical logistics processes. He currently continues his role as General Manager of Kızılay Kaynak Suları.
